Defending yourself without being Bruce Lee or Rambo

  • In many parts of the world we have forgotten how to defend ourselves. Here in the U.S. it is generally pretty peaceful and safe. We tend to think that violent crime is something that happens to somebody else. So our self defense skills get rusty. Worse, there is a increasing tendency to worry more about offending a bad guy, than we are worried about our own safety! We don't have to live our lives on constant alert, but we should keep our eyes open. This blog can provide reminders of what can happen and what you can do about it.

I don’t think this is in the training manual, but looks like it works.

Of course, the criminal doesn’t seem to be the brightest. (A common trait)
